Using PartyHatch

PartyHatch is operated by RITA AI, based in Washington, United States. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be an adult legally able to enter this agreement. Keep account credentials and private access links secure, and provide accurate information where needed.

What the service provides

We provide digital plans, creative ideas, invitations, RSVP tools, generated themes and party-day guides. Physical products, food, venues, childcare, supervision and event services are not included. Features and prices are described before purchase.

Plans and AI-generated content can contain errors or unsuitable suggestions. Review timing, quantities, food and allergy considerations, age suitability, venue rules and equipment before use. You remain responsible for adult supervision and safe event decisions. PartyHatch is not medical, childcare or professional safety advice.

Purchases and delivery

Standard pack unlocks currently cost $15 USD per party. Custom generation costs $4.99, with a further $15 to unlock that custom pack ($19.99 total). Applicable taxes and the final amount appear at checkout. These are one-time digital purchases, not subscriptions.

Paid content is made available electronically through the service after successful payment and, for generated content, completion of generation. Generation times can vary. Contact us if payment succeeds but delivery fails.

Checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments, with the merchant-of-record identity and payment terms shown at checkout. Our Refund Policy explains PartyHatch’s refund offer; it does not reduce mandatory rights or payment-provider protections.

Your content and permission to use it

You retain rights you have in information and original content you submit. You give us permission to host, process and use it as needed to provide the features you request, including generation and sharing invitations. Submit only content you have permission to use, including other people’s details. Do not include confidential or unnecessary sensitive information in theme prompts.

Using plans and artwork

Subject to these terms and payment where required, you may use, download and print the content made available to you for your personal party planning and share relevant materials with guests, helpers or a baker. You may not resell our packs, redistribute them as a competing collection, or claim ownership of PartyHatch’s brand or service. AI-generated content may not be unique; we do not promise exclusive rights to generated ideas or images.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse access links, access someone else’s account without permission, submit unlawful or infringing content, harass people, send spam, bypass payment or security controls, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations.

Service limitations and your rights

We work to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free generated content, or a particular party outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies.

External products and services linked from PartyHatch are governed by their own terms. Their availability, quality and prices may change.

Privacy, changes and questions

See our Privacy Policy for information handling and choices. We may update these terms and show the revised date; where required, we will give notice of material changes. The purchase policy in effect when you bought a product governs that purchase.

Washington State law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires other protections. Contact support@partyhatch.com about a concern so we can try to resolve it.
