$15 pack unlocks: a seven-day refund window

You may request a refund of your $15 pack unlock within seven calendar days of purchase, including after opening the pack. This applies to standard packs and the additional $15 custom-pack unlock. Tell us what went wrong so we can improve, but a detailed explanation is not a condition of this offer.

$4.99 custom generation

The generation purchase pays for creating your custom theme preview. Once that generation is successfully delivered, the $4.99 payment is non-refundable for a change of mind, except where required by law or by applicable payment-provider protections. Before paying, review the theme direction you have selected.

If you later buy the $15 custom-pack unlock, your total is $19.99 before applicable taxes. Refunding the unlock does not ordinarily refund a successfully delivered generation purchase.

Duplicate charges or failed delivery

Contact us if you were charged twice for the same purchase, generation fails without delivering the purchased result, or paid content cannot be delivered. We will arrange a refund for the duplicate or undelivered purchase. These payment and delivery problems are not limited by our seven-day change-of-mind window.

How to request a refund

Email support@partyhatch.com with the checkout email, approximate purchase date and receipt or transaction reference if available. Do not send card numbers, passwords or children’s private details. If you do not have a receipt, contact us anyway.

Refunds are handled through the original payment provider and generally return to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. We do not promise an instant credit. A refunded unlock may lose access to paid content; your free planning and invitation features are separate.

Consumer and payment-provider protections

This policy adds our refund offer and does not limit rights required by law. Stripe Managed Payments may provide additional remedies or issue refunds under its terms. Applicable tax adjustments are handled through the payment provider. Physical products bought elsewhere are subject to that seller’s policy.
